40 kilometers south of Pattaya, and 6 kilometers from Sattahip town. The village is situated next to Sukhumvit Road. Security guards at the entrance gate.
The house is on own lot.
Two stories. On the first floor there is a bathroom, a bar, a living room and two dinging rooms, and a kitchen. The walls are lined with old teak wood, the floors are covered with teak wood.
